The School
Here at CERT 17 Ltd, School of Motoring our aim is to teach you a life long skill, our prime objective, Safe Driving for Life.
We will teach you how to drive safely, confidently, economically and environmently friendly.
If you are nervous or lack confidence don’t worry our patient, professional instructors will give you 1:1 tuition designed around your individual needs.
The Car
Our School cars are Vauxhall Corsa.
Why? The Corsa is easy to drive and to manoeuvre especially in those tight spaces. Our vehicles are also equipped with Dual Controls for extra safety – promoting confidence, also Air Conditioning for that added comfort and more relaxed environment.
The Lesson
The Instructor will endeavour to teach to the highest of standards within the minimum lessons required and according to the recommended syllabus issued by the D.S.A. (Driving Standards Agency)
During your first lesson your instructor will show you the controls and make you aware of any adjustments you may need to make before moving off.
You will then get an opportunity to drive in a safe chosen environment, suitable for your capability.
You must bring your UK Provisional Driving License to your first lesson.
Lessons can be booked for periods of one, one and a half or two hourly sessions.
Pick up and drop off points only within the Instructors area ie: home, school, work, college, ect. Please inform your Instructor beforehand!
The Costs
Take the opportunity of experiencing a no obligation driving lesson FREE, one hour session.
Payment Options
First Five Lessons £60
Then all other subsequent lessons are £19.00 per hour.
Or if you are a student:
First Five Lessons £60 and a student discount £18.00 per hour.
